Description
Invest in a catalog of contemporary Christian music by award winning artists. This auction is for both the songwriter and publishing share of public performance royalties. In the last 12 months, these songs collected $12,249 in royalties.
The majority of the songs in this catalog are by two time Grammy nominated group Sanctus Real. A popular Christian band, 14 of their songs have charted in the top 5 and they have multiple No.1 singles. In 2005, Sanctus Real received a Dove award, an accolade by the Gospel Music Association (GMA) of the United States to recognize outstanding achievement in the Christian music industry.
Their No. 1 single “Forgiven” makes up 31% of the income. Released in 2010, the song is from their Grammy nominated 2010 album Pieces of a Real Heart. “Forgiven” topped the Christian charts when released and has contributed significant royalties to this catalog every year since then.
Another highlight is “Words” by Canadian Christian rock and pop punk band Hawk Nelson. “Words” debuted as the lead single from their 2013 album Made and became the biggest radio success of the band's career. It reached No. 1 on the Christian Hot AC/CHR charts and top 5 on all Christian AC and National Christian Audience charts.
Key Drivers

In fact, the top two earning songs, “Forgiven” released in 2010, and “Words” in 2013, continue to get radio play years after their initial release. Both of these songs have collected royalties from radio every single quarter since released.
