This offering features sound recording royalties from the last five albums released by R&B crooner Tank.
As the winning bidder, you will collect earnings generated from sales (physical and downloads) and streaming of the albums themselves, as well as every song on each record. In the last distribution (2H-2017), this catalog earned over half of its income from streaming, with Spotify and Apple Music as the leading platforms.
Albums included in this collection span seven years, beginning with 2010’s Now or Never. This is Tank’s first album with Atlantic, which peaked at No. 35 on the Billboard 200. In 2012, Tank followed with This is How I Feel, which topped the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart at No. 1. Tank collaborated with other big-name artists Chris Brown, Busta Rhymes, T.I. and Kris Stephens on the album.
Also featured in this catalog are Tank’s 2014 album Stronger, as well as Sex Love & Pain II. Released in 2016, Sex Love & Pain II is Tank's fifth solo album to debut at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums.
Finally, as the winning bidder, you’ll collect royalties for Tank’s most recent record, Savage. The album was released in September 2017 and featured the Platinum-selling single “When We,” which also topped the Adult R&B chart at No. 1. In the last 12 months, "When We" is the highest-earning release in this collection.
