How does this asset make money?
If a network airs a TV show or a film that uses any of the songs in this catalog, or if that TV show or film is streamed online, a public performance royalty is generated. Also, any time a song in this catalog is played on the radio, Apple Music, Pandora, Spotify, or in any other type of public performance, you earn royalties. About the Seller
Billy Goodrum launched his career in film music by writing a song for the breakout comedy Dumb & Dumber (1995). This was the beginning of his relationship with Peter and Bobby Farrelly who use Billy’s music consistently in their films including There’s Something About Mary (1998), The Heartbreak Kid (2007) and The Three Stooges (2012). Billy made his first on- screen appearance in Dumb & Dumber To in addition to writing several songs for the sequel released in 2014. In his career as a composer and recording artist Goodrum has worked with 20th Century Fox, New Line Cinema, Warner Brothers, MGM, Dreamworks, Paramount, A&M Records, Elektra Records and Universal Records among others.
