This is a unique chance to earn a label's share of sound recording royalties. Up for auction is 50% of sound recording royalties for a catalog of music from two electronic labels, Abducted Records and Abducted LTD. In the last 12 months, 50% of the earnings from sales and streaming came to $3,925.
This diverse catalog is made up of over 1,000 sound recordings from more than 150 different artists in the Drum & Bass, Dubstep, and Rock genres. This means the success of this catalog isn't based on one particular artist or recording. Symphonic Distribution distributes these recordings in digital music outlets like Beatport, iTunes, Spotify, Pandora, Amazon, and more. Anytime a fan or DJ downloads or streams one of these recordings from any of these outlets, you earn royalties.
Started in 2008, Abducted Records has established itself as one of the pioneer labels in the world of Electronic Dance Music. Abducted has worked with and helped launch the careers of hundreds of artists across the globe. Focusing primarily on Dubstep and Drum & Bass, they recently expanded into Rock music as well.

Sources include Spotify, iTunes, Apple Music, Napster, Deezer, Pandora, Amazon, and Beatport. Royalties are currently administered by Symphonic Distribution.
How does this asset make money?
Every time a recording in this catalog is streamed or downloaded on Beatport, iTunes, Spotify, etc. you earn money. Royalties will be distributed quarterly by Symphonic Distribution and the first payment you will receive is in November 2017.
