The most recent Walter Beasley #1 hit, “I'm Back,” is included in this auction along with “Hard Work,” which peaked at #17 on the Billboard Smooth Jazz chart. In addition to hitting #1 on the Billboard Smooth Jazz chart, "I'm Back" also peaked at #1 on the Groove Jazz and Smooth Jazz Top 20 charts. This auction is for 100% of the seller's interest in the Rights Owner share of non-interactive digital performance royalties attributable to “I'm Back” and “Hard Work,” currently administered by SoundExchange.
An interesting thing about this asset is that these tracks have just recently been registered with Pandora. This means that the winner of this auction will be entitled to the non-interactive digital performance royalties generated by these two songs when they are played on Pandora. The royalties from Pandora are not reflected in the financials because the tracks had not been registered with Pandora until just recently.
